- You must connect a valid Sui wallet to mint.
- Users are allowed one entry per day per NFT.
- You retain ownership of your content but grant us rights to display it.
2. NFTs and Content
- All NFTs are stored on the Sui blockchain.
- We are not liable for secondary market activity.
- We do not moderate content but reserve the right to hide harmful or abusive posts.
3. No Financial Advice
SuiSoulJournal is not an investment platform. NFT trading involves risk. Do your own research.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for blockchain failures, lost funds, or service downtime.
5. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify users on the homepage or by Discord/Twitter.
